Is Growth a good fit for your business?

You have a team or contractors, current financial records, and a few recurring problems that keep landing on your desk. You want someone to help move the agreed work forward and explain the choices.

Creative agencies and studios

Track customer payments, contractor commitments, project costs, and the approvals that keep work moving.

Construction and specialty contractors

See project costs more clearly, track subcontractor and supplier items, and improve change-order and bill approvals.

A plan that fits your operations

We choose one starting problem, assign responsibilities, and agree on what finished work looks like.

Don’t see your business here?

If your business manages projects, contractors, suppliers, customer payments, or approval steps, your needs may still fit. Tell me what keeps getting stuck, and I’ll let you know whether I can help.

Ask about your business

Growth uses current books checked against bank records. Bookkeeping is an optional add-on. The starting plan includes one monthly review and one planned round of follow-ups. You handle urgent payment deadlines between updates. Extra follow-ups require an agreed scope and fee.

Growth: a clear plan and help with the follow-through.

Growth combines money planning with hands-on help on one work problem. We’ll confirm the right service during your fit call.

Know what to expect.

You work directly with Jacob.

I lead your engagement, oversee onboarding, and review deliverables. I may involve support personnel under agreed confidentiality and access arrangements. You always have me as your primary contact. Bring your questions in your own words.

A reply within one business day.

Email is your starting point for questions. You’ll receive an initial reply within one business day, excluding weekends and observed U.S. federal holidays. Response timing follows Pacific Time. Complex questions may need more time; I’ll explain the next step and expected timing.

Clear arrangements for your information.

Before you share business records, we agree on the tools, access, and document-sharing process. We choose tools appropriate to your engagement, including Google Workspace where agreed.

Your proposal defines included support. If a question needs additional analysis or a new project, we agree on the scope and fee before that work begins.

Get started with a clear plan.

We agree on your goals and scope, gather the relevant records through approved channels, and set up your working routine. I lead onboarding and explain what you need to provide at each step.

Meet Jacob

A professional you can talk to.

I’m Jacob A. Douglas, MBA. My experience includes creative-sector financial operations, contractor payments, spending forecasts, and coordination across finance, legal, and production teams.

You have built relationships with your team, contractors, and customers. I help make the financial work clearer for the people who depend on your business.

We begin by agreeing on the question or improvement you want help with. During our reviews, we look at what you’ve learned, what has changed, and what needs attention next.

Tell me what you’re working toward.

You do not need polished reports or finance vocabulary to start a conversation. Tell me the one problem you would most like off your plate. In our 20-minute fit call, we’ll discuss your goals, your records, and the level of help you need. If we fit, I’ll prepare a written plan with the work, price, and next steps. You review it before joining.
