My experience includes financial operations in the creative sector: coordinating contractor payments, translating agreement terms into payment steps, forecasting spending, and working with finance, legal, and production teams. I have also worked in government healthcare and regulated programs, legislative work, social services, and nonprofit program management.

I develop financial forecasts and help leaders compare proposed commitments with expected revenue and costs. I help organize where money is going and improve how payment requests, approvals, and team handoffs work together. That gives you a clearer picture of spending and the decisions ahead.

You can bring questions without needing all the answers first. Your team and suppliers deserve clear expectations, a named person to ask for help, and a fair way to resolve payment questions. We work through the numbers, discuss the trade-offs, and choose practical next steps that fit your business. I explain what the records show and where we need more information.

As engagement lead, I remain your primary point of contact and coordinate the work from assessment through recommendations. I personally lead financial analysis, contract oversight, and operational improvement. When an engagement requires HR, payroll, or CPA services, I coordinate separately scoped specialist support, subject to availability and your agreement.
