Information you choose to share

The inquiry form prepares a draft in your email application and displays a copy you can paste into your preferred email service. If you choose Copy inquiry, your browser copies that text to your clipboard. The website code does not submit the form to a database or store your entries in browser storage. When you send the email, I receive the details you include and your sender address. I use inquiries to respond, assess service fit, and arrange next steps. Please omit confidential financial, patient, and client records.

Booking and technical services

Consultation requests use the email inquiry flow described above. A request does not reserve an appointment; meeting arrangements are confirmed separately. Hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details. No advertising or visitor-analytics scripts have been added to this site.

Client records and your requests

Client engagements use separately agreed tools, access, and data-handling arrangements. Contact me to ask about your inquiry information or request correction or deletion. I will explain any retention needed for ongoing services or applicable obligations. I do not publish your inquiry or use it as a testimonial without permission.
